Delivery Times:
Deutsch FineJewelry ships via FedEx Express®Service. Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered to you according to one of the options listed above.
Delivery times are not guaranteed by Deutsch Fine Jewelry or its carriers. We do our best to accomplish the above stated targets and goals but cannot be held responsible for weather events that cause the carriers to be delayed.
Shipping Address:We are required to ship only to the address that matches the billing address of the issued credit card used for purchase.
Instore Pickup:If you have chosen In-Store pickup, you will receive an email indicating the order is ready for pick up. Please bring this email and a photo ID to the store for proof of purchase.
Shipping Upgrade Options: Choose standard delivery at checkout to proceed with order. To arrange an upgraded shipping method, please call 1-713-627-7787 and reference your order number. We will assist you with the upgrade. All shipping upgrade fees will be calculated and charged to your card prior to shipping.
